Offensive Co-ordinator: Norv Turner - Signed January, 2002
Coached the Redskins to the NFC East title and NFC Divisional playoffs in 1999. Was offensive coordinator with the San Diego Chargers in 2001. Was also the offensive coordinator of the Dallas Cowboys in the early 1990s; part of a coaching staff that included former Dolphins coach Jimmy Johson (as the head coach), and current Dolphins head coach Dave Wannstedt (as defensive coordinator). The three together won two SuperBowls with the Cowboys.
